How long is my reservation held?

Once you continue to details, we hold your tickets for a few minutes. Complete your order before the timer reaches zero.

Can I buy multiple tickets?

That depends on the ticket type. Some types allow several tickets in one order; you then enter extra names at checkout. You still choose one ticket type per order.

Is this shop secure?

Payments go through Mollie, a recognized payment provider. You pay directly to the organizer of this event.

What are service fees?

Any organiser service fees appear in the overview on step 2. Separately you will see payment fees for the payment method you choose.

Can I buy a resale ticket?

Sometimes resale tickets appear at the bottom of step 1. Enter your details, complete checkout (questions and optional donation), then pay the asking price.
